Come be inspired, connect and shine bright. My classes are the creative reflection of my ever inquiring mind and strong heart. Drawing from many traditions including Yoga, quantum physics, martial arts, energy work, meditation and sound we will dive into the realms of mind and matter. In deep respect for my teachers and traditions the path is always new, not to be followed but carved out by you. Be ready to sweat, laugh and smile lots.
