Sacred Sound Baths
Mike works extensively with Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls, the Gong and Mantra. Sound is a powerful tool to send vibration deep into the body and help release restrictions in the fascia, move energy blocks and stagnant emotions as well as synchronize cellular functions.
