Please note Module 1 ‘The Fire of Transformation’ is open to all teachers and students who want to dive into a full practice of yoga.

Ignite your light, dive into the fire within and its vast potential for deep transformation. An opportunity to live yoga for 7 full days. Play the edges between mind and matter as we stoke the fire daily with pranayama, cleanse and open the body with several types of asana and clear the mind with meditation. The daily schedule will be intense and full spectrum as we dive into all aspects of the practice. This will also count as Module 1 of 3 for those wishing to continue on the 21 Days to Shine 200hr teacher training program.
A quote from Georg Feuerstein’s The Path of Yoga “Even if we read a thousand books on oceanography or on maritime adventures, we cannot really understand the ocean unless we jump into the water ourselves and get wet…The situation is similar in regard to the ocean of Yoga. We can learn many facts about Yoga, but they will give us only an external view of it. In order to truly understand Yoga, we must engage its living reality and allow it to teach us.”
The daily schedule will be full spectrum and include practice in Asana, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, mantra and discourses.
Module 2: Space Within
November 24-30, 2013
Explore the inner worlds of anatomy, physiology and the energy body. Dive into yoga philosophy including Patanjalis Sutras, Tantra and the Bhagavad Gita. Discover the relevance to the yoga practice and deepen your awareness of the inner workings of life. January 26-February 1, 2014
Awaken to your brightest self, its there waiting to Shine. Ignite your passion and share your gifts with the world. The path of service and the seat of the teacher. Develop your teaching skills and be brilliantly bright.
Mentorship: Moving beyond your training to sharpen your skills as a teacher and leader.
